Destin, Florida...Here we come!!

We're off to the beach! We leave tomorrow for GA, then leave Friday to hit the Gulf in Destin, Florida. Here is a picture from our beach trip last year.... the last relaxing vacation! Last year Michael was quite easy to take care of because he was in my belly. We are looking forward to Michael's first trip to the beach out of the womb. And we will get some relaxing in because Michael's grandparents will be there as well. I'll post pictures on our return.

The original plan was to post a very cute video of Michael laughing with his daddy, but a HORRIBLE thing happened this morning while I was preparing to get the camera ready for the trip. I formatted the memory card before uploading the new photos to my computer!!! I lost the last few weeks of pictures and video. At least I uploaded photos while I was in GA.

Lyons baby number 2!

Here's a recent ultrasound picture of our little one. I say this one is a girl, and Ryan is still unsure on his vote. Please continue to pray for this little blessing!

For those of you who have trouble seeing ultrasounds, their head is at the top and legs are kicking out at the bottom.

Big news from GA!

Mr. Michael and Momma are still in GA. I have been a busy bee trying to get my clinical hours done. Michael has been having a good time with all of his grandparents, but he misses his Daddy! Here are a few pictures (I'll post more later).

Here's a picture from Michael's first swim! He enjoyed his first dip at Uncle Lance and Aunt Toni's house. So here's the big news: This is a picture of me, Michael, and our NEW ADDITION. That's right, we're expecting another kiddo!! I'm due sometime around February 10th, 2009! We're very excited about this new little one. Children are such a blessing from the Lord!

06/16/08: The day our lives changed forever!!

Michael started crawling forward this week! He was scooting around and moving backwards, but since Monday he has taken off. I have attached a video. It looks like he is coming toward me, but he actually just wanted Samson's kennel. I've also included a few recent pics of our little man.

Recent Pictures

There's not too much new with the Lyons' crew right now, but I thought I would post a few recent pics of our little guy anyway. He turned 8 months old on May 24th.

Here is a picture of Michael sporting an Old Navy hat. His head is a little large, so it barely fits!

Michael has Georgia roots, so he has to support the Atlanta Braves.
Samson and Michael love to play together. Tug-of-war with Samson's gingerbread man is their favorite. I've also caught Michael trying to put Sam's tennis ball in his mouth!
Here is Michael's newest hairstyle. Every time he wakes up from a nap, he has some crazy hair! This picture was taken one evening before taking a walk; his sunscreen worked like hair gel.

Georgia

Michael and I have been in GA for the past two weeks. I have been doing pediatric clinical hours with my brother while my mom has provided free babysitting. I have already completed 100 hours and will have my last day here tomorrow! We will be traveling back to KY on Saturday; Ryan and Samson are very excited about our homecoming. Our Crazy Boy!!

Our little boy is changing so quickly! Here are some pictures from this past week. The first is a picture of him in his bath robe giggling. I love his laugh!

Since Michael has started eating baby food, he has started putting on the pounds; look at that pot-belly!
